Terms & Conditions:

1: Please Note : Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from the puchase date and it is upto the recipient to monitor this, Rallyrides will not enter into any discussions over expired vouchers.

Vouchers are non refundable but can be transfered to another drivers name.

PLEASE NOTE: EXPIRED VOUCHERS ARE TO BE TAKEN IN THE SAME CONTEXT AS A MISSED FLIGHT!

2: Minimum age for drivers on our courses are 14 yrs

3: For any person under the age of 16 taking part a guardian/parent must be present.

4: Participants must disclose any illness or medical conditions which may endanger themselves or others safety or be affected by your participation such as heart trouble, epilepsy or back problems.

5: We reserve the right to withdraw from the course anyone who we consider to be unfit to drive due to health issues or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no refund will be made under these circumstances.

6: Spectators are welcome including children, however they must be supervised by a parent at all times, well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times.

7: The length of the experience may vary due to unforeseen circumstances eg: extreme weather conditions or major mechanical breakdown.

8: Courses may be altered at any time at organisers discretion.

9: On the rare occasion that a course is cancelled by the organisers new dates will be offered.

10: Vouchers are non refundable but may be transfered to another driver for the confirmed date if transfered within 7 days of the booked event, non attendance on the day of the booked course will result in any monies paid being lost and the voucher becoming void.

11: Reschedued dates will only be arranged if confirmed date cancelled by RallyRides.

12: RallyRides.co.uk has the right to reschedule a course even at short notice due to reasons such as extreme weather conditions or a course not being fully booked. An alternative date will be offered and should this not be suitable a full refund will be given. However, In this instance any other costs incurred by the participant to compete on a rally course such as travel, hotel, fuel etc is at their cost and will not be reimbursed
